Kathy has recently joined ICP as its Global Head, Digital Commerce Solutions. Before joining ICP, Kathy spent the past 3 years as a Digital Commerce Consultant helping large brands transform their organizations and grow digital sales. 

As a digital commerce pioneer and trusted expert, Kathy has built businesses, grown sales & profitability, and consulted for leading companies in beauty, apparel, home goods, toys, and grocery. With senior positions at large retailers, including Pottery Barn, Gap, Macy's, and The Body Shop, and brand portfolios companies such as Three Sixty Group (Sharper Image, FAO Schwarz, Vornado) and Dorel Industries (Signature Sleep Mattresses, Dorel Home Products, Cosco), Kathy brings extensive experience in eCommerce growth, digital transformation, sales, and merchandising.

Kathy has experience driving brand success in the Omni & eCommerce B2B2C channel in partnership with large retail 1p partners such as Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Target, and Wayfair; DTC websites; and, a deep understanding of Amazon and other 3p marketplaces.
