Nica Javier, is currently supporting the team as the Librarian Services Lead managing the DAM Librarian Services and Nespresso Content Management team.

Nica started her career in NBS in 2016 as a Content Librarian where she played a vital role in the establishment of the Nestlé Content Hub and was appointed as their Education &Training SPOC. In 2019, she spearheaded a 2-star initiative in improving timely publishing of Nestlé digital assets that are awaiting approval through a reporting tool. With her expertise and key projects in the librarian team, she gained her SME and white-belt certification. In 2021, made a stint as a Digital Account Specialist for Zone AOA and eventually led her own team as the Librarian Services Supervisor.
