Sally joined Wizard Pharmacy as Business Development Manager in 2013 and she transitioned to Chief Operations Officer in 2015.

Throughout Sally’s time in leadership, she has had an innovative and progressive approach – working with the board to create a clear future vision and strategy, including building the Wizard Franchise System. Wizard Pharmacy is one of Western Australia’s fastest-growing pharmacy franchises and in the last 24 months, Sally has led her team to increase Wizard’s size by over 50% through new franchise acquisition, and in mid-2021, announced Wizard’s plans to take its franchise platform national, with the first Pharmacy opening its doors in the Northern Territory in December 2021.

Sally has over 20 years of experience in operational management and leadership across multiple industries in Australia and the UK. She started her career as the Customer Relationship Manager of UK safety clothing supplier Arco, where she established a team that achieved substantial growth. After emigrating to Australia in 2004, she took up the Business Manager position at the Department of Education Western Australia, where she was awarded Business Manager of the Year in 2010. 

In addition to her current role, Sally serves as the Chief Operations Officer of HealthPoint Digital, the Director of the Pharmaceutical Pricing Services Hub and is a proud wife and mum.
