Leanne is the Global Content Systems Supervisor for World Vision’s Content Team within the Global Marketing and Communications network. As the Content Systems Supervisor, Leanne oversees the day to day operations of World Vision’s global library of high-quality content, leading a team of librarians, and is responsible for driving capacity building and culture change across the organisation.

Leanne is a professional librarian and holds a degree in Library and Information Science. She has over 10 years of experience in working with digital content systems and has spent the past half decade optimising World Vision’s content systems with her expertise in metadata and taxonomy, ensuring that system users are able to find compelling content in the most efficient way possible.
