Having gained over 15+ years of experience in both Canada and the United States she has worked in sports, entertainment, arts & culture, and retail to develop critical building blocks of success for internal creative, digital and marketing teams. Michelle is currently the Director of Strategy and Operations at the Los Angeles Rams.
