Emily Molitor loves to tell a good story. She is a seasoned marketing and communications leader based in New York City with over 15 years of experience who has spent her career encouraging audiences to think differently using owned media. Emily shaped brand narratives and content strategies for world-renowned firms and executives at Bloomberg, Two Sigma and Citadel where she pioneered content programs and introduced social media strategies to proactively manage reputation.

Currently, as the Director of Marketing & Communications at both Citadel and Citadel Securities, she focuses on talent marketing. Leveraging experience from start-ups, large enterprise and presidential political campaigns, she's honed editorial acumen which she marries with commercial goals to develop award-winning creative content that resonates across industries.

Emily holds a BA in history from Middlebury College and an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School.
