She has held senior leadership roles across agencies and in-house environments and is known for building scalable, future-ready production models that deliver high-quality, multi award-winning creative at pace.
In her role at Edelman, Katie leads the Integrated Production and Studio Teams across EMEA, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and the evolving Ai Powered Global Integrated Production offering. Her appointment as Founding Member of the AI in Media Institute, recognises both her practical leadership in modern content production and her forward-looking perspective on how AI can responsibly enhance creative output.
Katie is a passionate mentor, industry contributor and advocate for inclusive, flexible ways of working, making her a natural voice in shaping the future of AI in the Creative Industries.
