Kate has spent her career successfully developing and implementing production and project management processes for multi-disciplinary creative teams working on a variety of content from talk shows to marketing campaigns. It’s in her DNA to keep things organized -- as a kid she kept her CDs in alphabetical order and cleaned her friends’ rooms for fun. Most recently, Kate led Creative Operations for Pandora & SiriusXM’s in-house creative teams. She has also distributed documentaries for public television, including the award-winning series Independent Lens, and produced shows for Air America Radio, Current TV, Earwolf, and XM Satellite Radio.
