Jo is a creative production director with nearly 20 years of experience in the fashion industry. With a background in photography, she started her career working as a shoot producer for Boden, before spending 10 years at the NET-A-PORTER Group, overseeing creative production and workflow at THE OUTNET and NET-A-PORTER. 

In addition to her extensive experience in digital and print media including project initiation, planning and budgeting, and execution and delivery of everything from shoots and printed magazines to events and activations, she has managed teams of up to 70 employees and overseen global rebrands and organisational restructures. 

Returning to work after maternity leave, she spent a year at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty before joining Casablanca, a new luxury brand founded by Charaf Tajer.
