Cat Mellor began her career as a photographer and digital media artist, creating content for global sports and lifestyle brands.

In 2011, she joined THG, where she played a pivotal role in building the company's video and animation team before transitioning into the creative department. Over nearly 14 years at THG, Cat has been instrumental in transforming the integrated creative agency into the full-service powerhouse it is today: THG Studios. During this time, she has held several key positions, including Creative Director, Head of Operations, and most recently, Director of Creative Services.

Today, THG Studios operates from a state-of-the-art 90,000 sq. ft. global content production facility near Manchester, producing award-winning content for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Disney, Holland & Barrett, and Sky.

Driven by a passion for innovation and sustainability, Cat recently spearheaded the launch of iLabs, an integrated R&D facility within THG Studios dedicated to exploring, experimenting with, and implementing emerging technologies.
