Sarah Juselius

Sarah Juselius joined DraftKings in 2017 and currently leads the Creative Operations team for their internal agency. In this position, Sarah has helped scale their team and operating procedures with a focus on efficiency and empowering teams to drive results. One of her proudest contributions was being part of a grassroots effort to establish a Women’s Business Resource Group, which became the inspiration for DraftKing’s more robust Business Resource Group offerings with guidance from the IEB team.

Prior to DraftKings, Sarah completed two tours at Arnold Worldwide, holding positions across multiple departments including Project Manager, Producer and Senior Resource Manager. Sarah also spent time client-side, serving as the sole Creative Resource Manager for LogMeIn’s in-house agency. During her time there, Sarah was able to shift the model from an in-house agency to external by developing a plan to scale with support from a freelance network and key agency and production partners.

Well versed in agency, client and vendor operations, Sarah prides herself on building relationships, strong collaboration and being a creative problem solver. 

Sarah holds a B.A. in Advertising/Public Relations from the Pennsylvania State University and lives with her family in the Boston area.
