Making Creative Work Better

Daniel Sergile

Director, Creative Operations

The RealReal

Daniel Sergile draws from his own life story and infuses it into his work. As a child of immigrants, he understands the value in building a diverse coalition of business partners and team members across a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines, to not only see successful projects through to fruition, but to enhance them.

His time-honored and trusted relationships have uniquely positioned him and his colleagues to thrive during his more than 10-year career in Creative Operations.

Whether practicing his in-depth knowledge of technology, data, and workflow simplification for legendary fashion brands like Giorgio Armani, iconic beauty houses like Estée Lauder, or retail disruptors like Ulta Beauty, he understands the value in building strong teams that are nimble and can adapt quickly.

His passion, ingenuity, and resourcefulness led Estée Lauder to appoint him to their nascent Creative Operations Council. There, his talents played a key role in standardizing company process and timelines, allowing teams to work more harmoniously across the enterprise.

With his deep appreciation for community and nurturing connections, he was accepted as an original member of Beauty United, where he partnered with other beauty executives such as Rea Ann Silva (Founder, beautyblender) on a development and experience exchange to foster new ideas and support for the next generation of beauty executives.

What others say

The HS Creative Ops events are like a double shot of espresso at 3 in the afternoon on a Wednesday, but the energy I get from it lasts all year!
