Making Creative Work Better

Charissa Messer

SVP, In-House Agency (ECS) Executive

Bank of America

Charissa is known for her innovative thinking and for the results she achieves leading Bank of America’s in-house agency, Enterprise Creative Solutions (ECS). For Charissa, it's all about using technology to deliver through leadership and channel strategies with speed and agility. Establishing an infrastructure to originate, adapt, and manage a significant library of content is just one of the ways that ECS drives an agile workflow, delivers integrated content across various platforms, and remains cost competitive. Charissa currently serves as co-chair of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) in-house agency committee and is an active member within the In-House Agency Forum (IHAF). She is also a member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), the Financial Communications Society (FCS), AIGA, LEAD for Women and is a Silver Ally for LGBT Pride at Bank of America. In her free time, Charissa enjoys biking with her husband and finds self-expression through culinary experimentation, interior and landscape design.
