As a creative operations leader with 25 years of experience as a client, vendor, and storyteller, Lee’s passionate about empowering individuals and teams to do the best work of their careers. He is currently the Senior Director, Client Services at Herbalife Nutrition where he shepherds all aspects of the in-house agency's creative operations, program and account management, and overall financial performance.

Having started off in TV and film editing at Universal Pictures, Lee made a pivot by co-launching the digital marketing department at the studio. Eventually moving agency side to run the digital group at Petrol Advertising— an award-winning leader in video game marketing— he began his journey into marketing operations.

A bridge-builder by nature, Lee is driven by a deep curiosity of people and possibilities. With a career spanning consumer products, entertainment, e-commerce, and technology, he’s never been more excited to empower great people to accomplish even greater things.
