Overcoming Newton’s First Law – Fighting Inertia

18 March, 11:25 AM GMT

A body continues in its state of uniform motion, unless acted upon by a force.

“But we’ve always done it this way” is not a recipe for continued success. Sooner or later, change is necessary. I’m not advocating change for the sake of change, but if we don’t change when it is required, your team will stagnate, and your business will fail.

Understanding and embracing business growth takes courage - fundamental to this is identifying where and when change is necessary. In the fast-paced world we work in, change is the only constant. From campaign ideas and deliverables to technology and new media - advertising and marketing today is not what it was 20 years ago – or even a year ago, for that matter. To position ourselves for the future, change needs to be an ongoing and ever-present part of your mindset.

Join Melanie Burger, Director of Production and Operations at Sky Creative, as she shares her journey, and the need to embrace change in 2022 and beyond.
