These experiences have given her the insight to understand the challenges faced in the ever-changing digital marketing landscape. Hanrie's current focus is to design and implement team structures and processes that will help overcome these challenges while also addressing cost and operational efficiencies. However, her real passion is building teams, cultivating relationships and nurturing individuals. She is a keen believer in the strength and power of great team culture, and how this can be a catalyst for success.
