Daniel has been working in the creative industry for over twenty years, both agency and client side. In that time he has developed and managed internal studios for the likes of BBC Worldwide, and currently Tesco, applying creative operations principles along the way. He has borrowed heavily from the world of product development, using Agile methodology to drive team performance, motivation and quality. As an advocate of continuous improvement and data driven decision making, Daniel believes these go hand in hand with producing great creative work.
