Creative Operations Asia-Pacific 2022

Jacinta is the Creative Operations Manager at Seven West Media, working within the MINT team in the advertising department. She has previous experience in content creation including written, graphic, and video content and therefore has a unique breadth and understanding of the processes involved. In her role at Seven West Media, her main goal is to clear the path for the creatives within the team to produce the best quality content in the most efficient way. This involves evaluating processes, identifying, and solving roadblocks and utilising project management systems to ensure projects run seamlessly. Jacinta has a Masters degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Western Australia and enjoys fusing her creative flair with her organisational skills.
