Cilla is the Marketing Operations (MarkOps) specialist and lead in APAC who brings over 12 years' of experience to a team that is here to inspire and enable marketing excellence. Her team works as an extension of Google Marketing and drives programmes and initiatives focused on Agency Management, Production Operations, DE&I, and Business Affairs. Equal parts business partner, influencer, trainer, and coach, Cilla has extensive experience in partner management, marketing governance, and a deep understanding of the agency landscape and creative process. Cilla has worked on numerous global, regional and local creative campaigns across a range of sectors and brings together her operation and creative strengths to bring efficiency and effectiveness to Google’s marketing ecosystem.

What Cilla loves most about this role is connecting teams cross functionally to find solutions that make lives (at work) easier and have bottom line savings impact. As a Danish-Australian living in Singapore, Cilla is excited by the dynamism and drive of this region and loves to immerse herself into the various cultures and perspectives that it has to offer.
