Claire Hoey is the Creative Services Manager at Hallmark’s Bradford-based studio, where she oversees a diverse range of functions including Artworking, Sampling, Digital Asset Management, and External Resource coordination. With two decades of experience at Hallmark, Claire began her journey as a Designer and has since progressed through a variety of creative and leadership roles, including Art Director and Studio Manager.

Claire is an experienced project and resource manager with a strong focus on process improvement and team development. She has led the implementation of a creative workflow process and enjoys mentoring others while delivering high-quality creative solutions. Her work has taken her around the world, representing Hallmark in Kansas City, Japan, and San Francisco.
