By positioning ourselves as business leaders, not just design leaders, we can increase the strategic impact of design in our organizations. We are elevating the value of design and ensuring that it plays a central role in shaping the future of organizations.

I look forward to the HS Design Operations event every year, it is one of my favourite days. To be with my tribe of like-minded individuals makes me feel seen and re-energized about the work we get to do.
