Kamdyn Moore (she/her) is a values-driven operations leader with a passion for human-centered design, award-winning pies, and the occasional pottery class.

With over fifteen years of experience shaping high-performing, multidisciplinary teams - from small design consultancies to global tech companies - Kamdyn specializes in operationalizing design organizations for sustainable, scalable impact. She’s led design program management and operational practices at Smart Design, Condé Nast, Spotify, and now Cash App, where she heads up Design Program Management with a small, yet mighty mission-driven team.

Known for her blend of strategic clarity and creative heart, Kamdyn brings business rigor to the art of Design Operations - always with an eye toward collaboration, equity, and systemic change. Her approach is rooted in the belief that if we want to see meaningful transformation, we have to reimagine the systems themselves.
