Trained as an architect, his experience has instilled a deep understanding of systems and interdependencies. While this foundation was shaped through work exploring user experience in the built environment, it now extends to how teams design together and how strong design practice supports business goals.

Sandy brings a spatial and relational mindset to understanding how decisions, processes and people influence one another, helping him guide complex work with clarity. He develops the tools, structures and shared practices that support alignment, collaboration and adaptive delivery, with a particular interest in strengthening the everyday patterns that enable resilient Design Operations.
