Julia is a passionate and experienced leader in Creative Operations, with deep expertise across both in-house and agency landscapes. At Specsavers Creative, she was part of the senior leadership team, playing a key role in shaping, nurturing, and scaling the in-house agency. Prior to that, she spent nine years at VCCP Blue as Head of Creative Production, leading integrated creative production, and delivery across a global client portfolio.

Today, Julia is driving transformation with IHAR - In-House Agency Review, partnering with brands to design high-performing, future-ready in-house and agency operating models.

Beyond her day-to-day, Julia is a committed mentor, championing the next generation of diverse creative talent. She founded the Doing Things Community, was recognised as one of Campaign’s 40 over 40, and joined BIMA’s In-House Council in 2021.
