Mary Czarnecki is a strategic storytelling consultant, keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and creator of the Sticky Note Marketing podcast. With over two decades of experience at Johnson & Johnson, WebMD, and Accenture, Mary now advises Fortune 500 brands and high-growth startups on how to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, translating insights into action and creative that connects.

A top-rated faculty member for the Association of National Advertisers, she has trained thousands of marketers and business leaders on creative briefing, brand storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. Her clients include a range of global brands and innovative teams such as LEGO, Children International, Kenvue, Popeyes, and Fidelity.

Mary holds an MBA and a Master of Environmental Management from Yale University and a BA in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University.

She lives in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, where she co-owns the award-winning Joel Palmer House restaurant with her husband and raises two boys (plus a couple of dogs) surrounded by sticky notes, Sharpies, and world-class Pinot Noir.
