Warren is the VP, Managing Director of Copper Giants – Liberty Mutual Insurance’s In-House Agency and Lead Creative partner. Before that he was the Chief Operating Officer – In-Housing Practice at Monks setting up creative, data, media and production in-house teams for global brands like Google, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, PayPal, Netflix around the world. Before that, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Verizon’s in-house agency where he built and ran the in-house team and helped design the agency ecosystem working for the brand. He is a senior global marketing communications executive with over 25 years’ experience running agency operations at BBDO, OMD and Wunderman.

Warren has unique agency / brand / startup experience. He has also led marketing functions of various Silicon Valley startups disrupting fintech, influencer marketing and philanthropy.

A native of Costa Rica, Warren has an MBA from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership at Steinbeis University in Germany. He has been a keynote speaker at IHAF, ANA and Cannes. He is an advocate of LGBTQIA+ issues and chaired the first global Pride.Monks Community at Monks and is a co-founder of the Mordesovich-Chase Family Charitable Gift Fund with The Horizons Foundation in San Francisco.

Warren splits his time between Sonoma, California and East Hampton, New York
