Nathan VanderByl is the Global Head of Operations for the LEGO account at Publicis Groupe. With over 15 years of experience steering complex creative projects, programmes, portfolios, and operations at leading, award-winning agencies across Australia and the UK, Nathan currently leads operational strategy and transformation within LEGO’s global marketing ecosystem. His focus includes cross-market delivery excellence, data-driven media innovation, and integrated campaign execution at scale.

Prior to his current role, Nathan served as Head of Operations and Project Management for Studio X Europe, WPP’s dedicated agency for The Coca-Cola Company, where he managed a team of over 600 professionals based in London, Madrid, and Berlin. His extensive international experience includes senior roles at Clemenger BBDO, AKQA, and Publicis London, delivering high-impact global programmes for prestigious brands such as Coca-Cola, Heineken, Toyota, Samsung, and Sky.

Nathan specialises in cultivating high-performing teams, scaling efficient global workflows, and architecting the systems, tools, and processes that drive both creative and operational excellence.
