Event Audience
Henry Stewart DAM event programs are designed to meet the needs of all members of the diverse digital asset management community both users and suppliers, including marketers, researchers, archivists, content producers and technologists – those new to the technology and the very experienced.

Event Program Structure
Formats include:
- Seminars: lecture-style, interaction limited to Q&A; ½ - 1 hour
- Moderated Panels: multiple speakers, discussion oriented; 1–2 hours
- Round-table interactive sessions with your peers
- Technology Tracks (open to vendors): panels or lecture-style presentations; 40 minutes

Presenter/Content Eligibility
Digital Asset Management subject matter experts, consultants, educators, analysts and end users are invited to submit proposals. Solution providers, sponsors and exhibitors may only deliver standalone sessions related to their product in the sponsored Technology Track.
Non-Commercial Policy
Henry Stewart Events encourages speakers to provide the audience with handouts that highlight important aspects of their personal learning experience. However, promotional literature cannot be included in these materials or in the presentation itself as this would compromise the unbiased nature of Henry Stewart’s educational program. Review of handouts and PowerPoint presentations by Henry Stewart staff prior to the session is required.

Selections will be made based on relevance, audience interest, appropriateness, session objectives and expertise of the presenter.
Due to the volume of submissions, we can only respond to proposals that are accepted. Rolling submissions will continue to be collected throughout the year
Submission Guidelines
Please provide the following information in your proposal:
- Presentation Title suggestion: 10 words or less
- Brief, specific description of session–intended for audience recruitment (approx. 200 words)
- Target Audience and rationale: e.g. experts, new to DAM users, technologists, marketers, purchasers
- Presenter‘s/Presenters' contact information: name, title, company name, address, city, state, zip, phone, fax, email, website
