David Lipsey is a well-known industry founder and contributor to DAM projects. He has 25 years of experience in the diversified media and entertainment sectors, including newspapers, trade, education and technical publishing, magazines, commercial printing, syndication services, cable, broadcast and studio work. He is widely known as an innovative thought leader and speaker on contemporary content issues.

Graham Allan has spent over 20 years in digital media and entertainment technology, leading DAM, metadata and file-based transformation for several top M&E companies from strategy & business case development to product/partner selection, systems deployment and organizational design/development.  15 of those years were spent driving DAM and infrastructure software initiatives for Disney's animation, film and television divisions, and directing the company’s enterprise integrated MAM strategy. He is AVP, Consulting, for Cognizant where he leads the Entertainment Segment Practice, covering a broad range of technology professional services initiatives for media and entertainment.

Theresa Regli is a marketing and branding technology analyst, strategist, author and market watcher with 20 years of IT industry experience. As principal and managing partner with Real Story Group, she acts as a vehement anti-hype technology skeptic and buyer's advocate, ensuring organizations don't make poor technology choices, or over-spend on what they need to make their digital goals a reality. Theresa has deep expertise in the consumer product goods, publishing, retail, financial, cultural heritage, and ad agency industries, and is the primary author of Real Story Group’s 600+ page Digital & Media Asset Management Report, the definitive guide to the DAM industry and marketplace.

John Horodyski is a Partner with Optimity Advisors with over 13 years of management experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM), metadata and taxonomy design, content strategy, digital and social media marketing. John has provided strategic direction and consulting on DAM implementations including metadata and taxonomy design for a variety of Fortune 500 clients. John is also an Adjunct Faculty at San Jose State University where he teaches a graduate course in DAM.

Edward Klaris is a senior executive and attorney in the media and entertainment business with more than 20 years of experience. He is the founder and principal at Klaris IP, a boutique intellectual property, media and entertainment firm, counseling clients on legal, business and technology issues in traditional and digital communications. Prior to Klaris IP, Ed was part of the senior leadership team at Condé Nast where he focused on commercializing the company’s intellectual property assets, including articles, photographs, videos, blogs and trademarks. He developed new consumer products, instituted corporate IP policy and standards, and focused on long term strategic planning and operations. Considered a leader in the field, Mr. Klaris has worked on a wide range of the most complex intellectual property matters. He also led digital asset management for the entire portfolio of Conde Nast brands. Mr. Klaris is an adjunct professor of law at Columbia Law School, Chairman of the Board of Pilobolus, and on the Communications Committee of Human Rights Watch.
